Service Description

ClawSimple provides automated server deployment and management services for OpenClaw bots. Services are provided on a subscription basis with monthly or yearly billing intervals.

Payment & Billing

Subscription fees are charged monthly or yearly in advance. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Service continues until the end of the current billing period.

Credits

Purchased credits can be used only for managed AI and managed search/crawl usage. Credits expire 365 days after purchase, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for currency except where required by law.

Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you experience service issues that we cannot resolve, please contact us for a refund consideration.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or third-party API failures.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
